Bill Nassir

William J. Nassir is the founder and CEO of Phone Net Inc. Bill graduated from USC with a degree in business and he received his MBA in finance from USC. Bill has served on the Board of Directors of the BBB for 12 years. Bill believes that call center solutions begin with knowledge, commitment, and a relationship built with trust.

Jim Rochford - Vice President of Operations

Jim Rochford is the Vice President of Operations, attended the University of Lincoln where he studied Business Administration. Jim has been with Phone Ware for 15 years and manages the IT and order entry departments. Jim has extensive experience with database and network management.

Mike Taylor - Vice President-Quality

Mike Taylor our Vice President-Quality has been with Phone Ware since 2001. He oversees our Quality Assurance team and handles all of our regulatory and compliance requirements. A primary focus area of our firm is to provide our clients the highest quality sales and verification activity at all times. Mike Taylor with his dedicated team ensure that our work exceeds the highest industry standards possible.

Lori Hood - VP Client Relations

Lori began working for PhoneWare in 2009. She brings with her over two decades of cable television management experience . She has worked for several cable MSO's in the areas of call centers, retail centers, collections, dispatch, sales, retention, and help desk. Coming from the operations side of the business, she understands the needs of the client.

Bill Kyle, VP of Marketing

Bill has been with Phone Ware, Inc. since 2006 and has a strong background in strategic planning, marketing and business development. Prior business experience includes direct mail and fulfillment, in addition to inbound and outbound call center work. Industries have included travel/hospitality, financial services, healthcare, telecomm, and cable - all Fortune 500 type companies. Bill has both a BA and MBA from Rutgers University.

Jessica Daoodi - Account Manger

Jessica has been in the sales and marketing business for over 16 years and with Phone Ware, Inc. since 2003. She has managed many of our telecomm campaigns as well other Fortune 500 companies. Jessica excels in account/project management as well as day to day organization and management of accounts. Jessica has been involved in every aspect of the call center industry; from sales, client relationships, and launching of new campaigns and ensuring their success. She is the client's one point of contact for all of their needs.
